On sunny weekends, I always head to the Grand Basin pond in the Luxembourg Gardens.

I rented a little antique sailboat and let it drift across the water.

When it nears the pond’s edge, I give it a gentle nudge with a long stick to send it back on course—it’s so much fun! Hi ho!  All around me, children are just as excited, playing the same game!
